Iancu de Hunedoara
Voievod al Transilvaniei, Iancu de Hunedoara va stăpâni domeniul și castelul Huniazilor. Voievod al Transilvaniei, urmărește crearea unui front comun antiotoman la care să participe domnitorii Moldovei și Țării Românești. Se implică în lupta antiotomană și inițiază ” campania cea lungă” la sud de Dunăre la mijlocul secolului al XV-lea. Participă la cruciada târzie din 1444 și salvează orașul Belgrad, în fața oștilor otomane.
