How does it work
We developed a small PHP software module, called “Lightning Rod – Organic Reviews Boosting System” that boosts 4&5 stars organic reviews and minimize the risks of getting 1, 2 or 3 stars.
It acts like a real lightning rod, that deflects dangers (aka negative reviews) from hitting your house (aka business), but lets positive reviews pass.

Your clients are invited by you to visit a special link (the module we developed, hosted on your server, on a url like yourcompany.com/feedback). They are asked to give your company a star review, from 1 to 5.
If they choose 4 or 5 stars, they get a THANK YOU response and they are redirected to Google Business, Facebook Reviews, Yelp Reviews or similar, to repeat the vote LIVE, for your page. This time, it will be PUBLIC.
If they choose 1, 2 or 3 stars, they get a THANK YOU plus a custom feedback form, that will go straight to the manager, via email.
This way, if the clients are angry, the situation will be “defused”, without permanent damage done. If the clients are happy, they will also leave a positive PUBLIC review for your company.
